"Discreet Billing Was Appreciated"
Overall, I had a good experience. The package arrived discreetly, and the charge on my card statement was also handled in a subtle way, which I really appreciated. My only small complaint is that the shipping updates could have been a bit faster or more detailed. Other than that, all good.

The site has plenty of products, which is great, but actually finding what I wanted was more annoying than it should’ve been. The filters felt clunky, pages were slow to load, and I had to keep clicking around just to see basic stuff like sizes and details. It’s such a simple thing, but the website makes it feel like extra work. Not terrible, just frustrating and definitely could be smoother

"Shipping was surprisingly reasonable"
I ordered from PinkCherry.ca, and I’ll give them credit where it’s due: the shipping cost was actually fair, which was a nice surprise considering how some sites act like delivery is a luxury service.
I was expecting the usual checkout nonsense where the total suddenly jumps for no good reason, but it stayed reasonable. it’s refreshing when a site manages to do the bare minimum without making you feel robbed.
The package showed up fine, nothing dramatic, nothing to complain about. Not exactly a life-changing experience, but it was smooth enough that I’d order again.

"Pretty disappointing for the price"
I ordered this from pinkcherry.ca and, honestly... I was let down. The shipping was fine, no real issues there, but the actual product just didn’t feel great. The material felt kind of cheap, and after only a couple of uses it already seemed like it wasn’t going to hold up. For what I paid, I just expected better, you know? I wouldn’t buy this item again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how closely this matched the description. The size was exactly what I expected, and the little details shown in the photos were accurate, which made ordering a lot easier. One small part looked slightly different in person, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely order again.

The site itself is easy to use, but the items I wanted were already sold out by the time I checked. What was frustrating is that it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next, like whether I should wait for a restock, sign up somewhere, or just give up and look for something else

The box showed up super clean and wasn’t crushed or banged up at all, which was nice to see. Everything inside was packed well and arrived without any issues. Happy with how it came in.

"Refund was fast, even if I felt brushed off"
I had to return an item and was expecting the refund to take forever. To be fair, pinkcherry processed it quickly once they got the item back, and the money showed up in my account a few days later. The only thing was I felt a bit dismissed when I reached out, like they were just trying to move me along, but at least the refund itself was handled without a big hassle.

"Helpful, but a little hit or miss"
I had to reach out to customer service about an issue with my order, and overall they were decent. The rep was nice and explained what was going on, and they did manage to fix part of the problem, which I appreciated.
The experience was a bit hit or miss though. When they responded, they were helpful, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. Not awful by any means, just kind of average

"I was really hoping this would work out..."
I was really hoping this would work out, but after one night the battery was basically dead and it already felt weak. I kept thinking maybe I hadn’t charged it enough or was using it wrong, but it just didn’t seem right. Kind of disappointing because I expected it to last longer.

I was a little nervous about ordering lingerie online because I expected the sizing to be a bit hit or miss. But the size chart on PinkCherry.ca was actually really helpful, and I ended up going with my usual size.
To my surprise, it fit really well, not too tight, not awkward, just comfortable and flattering. Shipping was fine too, but the fit was definitely what impressed me most. I’d order again

"Order was correct, but communication was lacking"
I did get exactly what I ordered, and there weren’t any mix-ups with the sizes or items. The shipping box arrived in good shape too. It just took a little longer than I was hoping, and I kind of felt ignored when I didn’t get much in the way of updates. Overall, the order itself was fine, but the waiting and lack of communication made it less smooth than it could’ve been.

"Tracking was really not helpful"
My order did arrive in the end, but the tracking was really useless. It barely updated, so I had no clue where my package was for a few days. I kept having to check on it myself, which was kinda annoying.

"Shockingly normal-looking delivery"
My order showed up quickly, and the box was completely plain, no weird labels, no awkward hints, nothing. Almost like someone remembered people have neighbors and shared porches, imagine that. Really appreciated the discreet shipping and I’d definitely order again.

"Nice variety without feeling overwhelming"
I was kind of just browsing on pinkcherry.ca and was surprised by how much they had to choose from. I didn’t really know what I was looking for at first, but the categories made it easy to poke around. Prices seemed reasonable too, and I definitely ended up adding a bit more to my cart than planned lol. Overall, solid selection and I’d probably shop there again.

I had to return something I ordered from pinkcherry.ca, and overall it went okay. The instructions made sense and weren’t hard to follow, but I did have to wait a few days to hear back, which made the whole thing feel a little slower than expected.
The refund did come through, so I can’t really complain too much. I just think returns should be straightforward and move along without too much back and forth, so it would’ve been nice if the process was a bit quicker.

It took a while, but customer service did eventually reply. I appreciated getting a response, but the whole process felt a bit dragged out, and some of their policies seem to have little loopholes that make things harder than they need to be. Not the worst experience, just kind of annoying.

"Still works, but it feels kind of cheap"
I’ll give it credit, it has held up better than I thought it would. It still works fine, so I can’t really complain too much, but it just feels a little cheap. Like, every time I use it, I notice that cheap feeling. Nothing has broken yet, but the cheaper feel is definitely there, and it kind of keeps bugging me.
