"Pinkcherry, not worth a penny"
Pinkcherry? Was having good experience with them for years spending a lot of money and never asking for returns or refunds. Then, recently i had a problem with a kit of pump where the 3 o ring seals broked down in 3-4 uses. Just thought it would be an easy process to exchange the pump kit or even just receive a replacement o ring kit (maybe worth 1-2$). Enable to find a solution with the agent i was chatting with (don't remember her name, but she was a good agent). Seeing how hard it was to find a solution as the item was out of stock, i just told the agent i was thinking about deleting my account. So, while i was still chatting with the agent trying to solve the problem, sylvia (the general manager, i suppose as i had not even talked to her) just deleted my account without warning, just sending me a mail saying DONE. Upset by the situation, just asked the agent to unsubscribe me from their abusive newsletters. It takes over 2 weeks to stop receiving their promo mails( 2-3 everyday) and just to be cocky they sended me 3 times a promo mail for the item i was looking to return or whatever. But that pump kit was out of stock on the site at this moment, which was part of the problem. So, sending me promos only for one item that is out of stock on the site (promo the seemed to be made specially for me as it was obviously different from all of their others newletters) it's kind of real provocation. As a former customer service agent, i can tell you i never saw that kind of disrespect for a customer. I don't even bother having let a lot of points to redeem on my deleted account as it made me saw the real face of pinkcherry and i'm just happy to get rid of that awful compagnie. I want to apologize to the first line agent (don't remember the name, hope you will recognize you) as i note you badly and you were not bad at all. Just help yourself and shop elsewhere, maybe like extremerestraints where you've got a top notch CS.

"Pink Cherry. Don't even try to get help. There is none."
I ordered the Satisfyer One Night Stand Air Pulse Simulator - Regular, which is a precharged item but once the charge is used, it's trash. You can not recharge it. It came with no charge. I had to hold it to my cheek to feel the very last activity to tell it was even on. I've written them 3 times and not even gotten a 'screw you' response. Don't try their chat either, there's noone there. Their products, when they work, aren't too bad, but if you have an issue, don't even bother trying to get help. With today's economy I can't afford to waste money. I'll be finding another company to deal with. I only wish I'd checked here first and saved myself from having to go through this.

There is a customer service department! Who knew! NOW they want further information to address my issue. I guess you just have to take your problem public to get their attention. I'll keep updating because I think it is important to see the whole process so you have all the information to make educated decisions.

As per usual for this company (by reading other people's experiences), deny, deflect then seem to act graciously by issuing a refund. Their response flat out called me a liar, inserted a complete infomercial including link (seriously pathetic move), then made a "One time exception" and refunded me my money. No worries on that point, I won't be buying from them ever again. It really pisses me off when a company's go to is to call a customer a liar. It's the epitome of no class and no concern for customers, and shows it's all about the money. I guarantee that if I did not make this big of a stink over all of this, I would never have heard from them. Be warned, be aware and choose to spend your money with companies that are worth it.

"I loved my products upon receiving…"
I loved my products upon receiving them! Shipping was fast & the price was okay! Made quite a large order, but the product the most expensive product ended up being defective after a few weeks unfortunately, it didn’t break until about a month after .. asked about a return & was promptly offered some tips & tricks! Sadly none worked.. so, quickly the item was deemed defective & I was promptly sent instructions to return.. since the order was over 30 days old.. I was expected to pay the return shipping.. which was as much as the product initially lol I brought this up & quickly was told that as a one time exception the manager would approve a shipping label.. that was okay and I appreciated that…but I did have to question the factory warranty being honoured.. but it costing me just as much to ship the item as to just outwardly replace it for my next order if it were become defective as well.. when I brought this up I was met with a very unconcerned response that many other companies don’t cover return shipping & to have a nice day.. no real explanation into why or why not… when I expressed that it doesn’t seem like pink cherry is very confident in their product I was met with a “ Thankyou. Have a nice day. Thankyou. “

When I called the line said to email.. product was great when it worked! But it gets expensive if it doesn’t.. I would expect more than 2 months out of it lol

"Definitely should have looked at the…"
Definitely should have looked at the reviews before ordering. They sent us someone else’s package, my address on the box, but someone else’s older with their personal information on the packing slip. Horrible protection of privacy. I have yet to receive my items (over $125 worth) or even a response from their customer service team.

PinkCherry has a wide range of sex toy brands, which is awesome. I also like that they’re very quick when it comes to fulfilling orders. I’m not very impressed with the PinkCherry brand toys, though. For example, their Goldielicks is just meh. But I bought it because all the reviewers on the site were raving about it. That said, I’m not sure how accurate reviews are on the site.

I was very happy with my Pink Cherry experience. I got a great Valentine's Day discount, the site was easy to use, and my purchase arrived quickly and discreetly. I would definitely order from their site again!

Great experience!
My experience with this company was great. Order my product at the end of last week and it said I should get my product in the mail by Tuesday. I figured that was kind of fast and expected it to take longer but it did indeed show up on time! I was also curious about the labeling of the package as to whether it would be subtle as to what the product was. And it was very clean and my room mate handed me the package not knowing where it came from or what it was. Which was nice not having to explain to him the product was from Pink Cherry lol. Overall the ordering of the product was great.

"The measurements on the website did not…"
The measurements on the website did not match the package. The website said insertable length 6" width 1.25" at largest point but the package said 5.5" x 1.75". I specifically wanted something thinner and even compared the measurements of a few products to ensure I got what I was comfortable with.

"I placed an order a week ago and have…"
I placed an order a week ago and have yet to receive my tracking number. While PinkCherry delayed sending me my tracking number, they were, however, very quick to charge my bank account. I have attempted to reach them via their "contact us" forum, their email, and their phone number. None of my attempts of contacting them have been successful, and now I am worried they will just not send me my order at all.

"Rechargeable Magic Wand"
I just received my rechargeable magic wand delivered to me. Very quick service? Promised for the 9th and came today (4th), under promise, over deliver. I haven’t used the product as yet but will do this very soon. Have read the previous reviews and first look I agree. Heavier than previous wands I have. Thank you

"The absolute worst customer service"
The absolute worst customer service.

I ordered during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale in November for an upcoming birthday. One item. It was shipped on Nov 27th from 2 towns away from where I live (in BC) and was due Dec 6th. It ended up being sent across the country to Ontario, then shipped to Alberta where it sat for *weeks* past its delivery date.

I tried to find out what was going on through Pinkcherry CS and Tforce, their delivery partner. PinkCherry told me they would do an investigation ("it will take 10 business days"), but clearly they did not. They refuse to answer any of my questions and refuse to escalate the situation despite repeated requests to do so. After I told them not to, they just cancelled my order today, a month after my order was placed.

This has ruined a birthday, and I couldn't even give the item as a Christmas present despite being held hostage in my home for days with the understanding it would be there by end of day that day, just to be disappointed again (since Dec 19th).

I never did reach management. CS have just swept my issue under the carpet. They clearly value money, not their customers. The CS and delivery company have demonstrated professional incompetence at a rarely seen level, then doubled down with lack of accountability and transparency.

Have ordered from PinkCherry in the past and their actual toys are not necessarily good quality or body safe. Use at your own risk. Look into the brands.

Considering the company is geared to pleasure products, I have never been left feeling so disappointed, unfulfilled, uninformed in my situation, or let down.

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"
Ordered Dec 8th, told me Dec20th that they have no idea where my shipment is. To late to get new for Christmas, so RUINED my Christmas gift/idea. Customer service casually just offers money back or to re-ship. Do you know how Christmas works over there?! Having my money back and no present doesn't help DUH

"Company that doesn’t know when to take the L"
I have ordered from this company a couple times now. Orders were always kind of small. But this is the first time I ordered something kind of expensive (~300$). They led me on for a whole month about my order being sent to the carrier. Just now, I received confirmation from the carrier that my order has been cancelled due to no show. So shipper never sent the package or it got lost in the process or stolen? I’ll never know since I won’t be reordering from them again and I don’t advise anybody to do the same. Maybe a thing that’s worth 10-20$ but I’d deal with a more reputable seller if it’s more expensive. Oh and terrible customer service. They gave me some of their sh-y points and that’s it. Waiting for a refund now.

Update: got my refund rather quickly that’s why I’m giving 2 stars.
